The hotel provided a modern design with well-sized rooms including balconies. I found this quite suitable. the transfer arrangement from the airport was helpful, even if the late-night fee was slightly higher. staff members i met were genuinely cute, showing professionalism. the offer of a late checkout and use of the facilities, especially since my flight was late at night, showed their commitment to hospitality.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff members were very helpful (they answered all my questions). I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit selection and the omelets prepared to order.

The location is somewhat isolated, requiring bus or taxi rides to reach the city center (that could be a problem for some guests).

The room upgrade was a welcome surprise. The size felt generous. I also found the breakfast offered a good variety, catering to different tastes (I loved the fresh fruit!).

The staff was friendly and allowed us to stay an hour extra after check-out. That was acceptable.

I found the room service was not up to par for a supposed five-star hotel. Cleaning was inconsistent, and amenities were lacking (no bathrobes were provided).
